"This campaign has been wonderful with over 80 applicants. I am in the process of short listing as there are 20 appropriate applicants worthy of an interview, however at most I want to interview 10. As we have had such a terrific response I see no need to advertise for a further month. I expect to interview next week so will be able to let you know our new employee in the next few weeks.
